Just heard this morning 8/3/2024 that this place closed with a note on the door yesterday. It looked like to a good place to chill but always went to the restaurant across the street. Hopefully they will have a change of heart as I hear nothing but good things on Tv about this place. 21 years was a good run for a restaurant.

Ink was lit this AM. Sunday 8.25.24. Had to take each other out for a solid meal on our anniversary. The late 90's and early 2k hip hop and r&b vibes slapped so good. We had the shaved sandwich, buffalo chicken salad and garlic fries. House Bloody Mary ( Maria ) and a spiced jalapeño Bloody Mary. Relly was our server, also supported and catered to by Langston. Our Host Diana host was also friendly ( as usual) We had a great time pig'n out. There was another young male who was on his grind assisting with the vibes checks. You guys worked so well together. Been coming here for nearly 20 years and y'all always come through and meet expectations. Thank you.

If you need a cool lunch, dinner or late night bite, try Ink Eats & Drinks in downtown Sacramento. We walked from our hotel and enjoyed a nice meal with old 70's music in the background. The food was great and the atmosphere is unique. We had very good service and we were served within 15 minutes. The outside seating was full so we ate inside and enjoyed the music.

Hearty food served in abundance and with a light attitude, Ink Eats and Drinks offers a great deal for anyone who comes with a healthy appetite. I especially enjoyed their roasted potatoes. They are well seasoned and crispy on the edges. I don't remember having a better potato anywhere else.

Ink Eats & Drinks will forever hold a special place in my heart. In my early to mid-20's, it was the establishment that myself and a group of friends would stumble into after a night of dancing and drinking Black Supermans at a nearby club/lounge. Fast forward to 2024, it was the destination for a chill post-lunchtime couple's date with friends of ours. When we entered, we were greeted by an employee who instructed us to select our own seating (it was fairly empty at the time). Shortly after, a employee warmly greeted us and took our drink orders. Based on the server's recommendation, I placed an order for two (not consumed at once...relax) Aloe Margaritas. Unfortunately, I did not obtain the server's name; therefore, I cannot thank her via this review for the delightful recommendation. The Aloe Margarita was one of the best margaritas that I have ever had, strong and perfectly blended with delicious flavors. Since we did not eat, I cannot speak to the quality of the food; however, I can say that the drinks are totally worth the visit!

I went on a Saturday around 1 pm. There was a choice for inside or outside seating. The music was good (mostly R&B, rap and pop) and I really liked the decor. I tried a few menu items to include the French toast, shaved prime rib sandwich and the meatloaf sandwich. The prime rib sandwich is a favorite for a reason (it was so good!) The French toast was awesome as well. The meatloaf sandwich was ok but it was definitely a unique menu item. The strawberry lemon drop was amazing as well if you are into cocktails! Overall, I would come back here again because the music, food and service were cool. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a brunch spot with good music like I was.

The other day my wife goes, "I'm craving salad. Should we go to Jack's?" and I responded with, "you know where they have great salads......." HERE! Now when I think of Ink Eats, I think full bar, mac n cheese, appetizers, but SALAD? Believe it or not, they're delicious here! I'll post up some pictures for reference. Parking is great! Right next to the tattoo shop which is just cool. And service is usually very prompt and friendly. Prices are neutral for the costs of everything these days. Check out the pics. Stop in sometime. Thank you for reading!

Came here for a Sunday brunch at about noon/1 and was so looking forward to bottomless mimosas, but was sad they were out! Came too late! We enjoyed a breakfast with quick service after our hour wait because they are very busy on Sundays! I had an avocado toast, and my sister had the Mac and cheese with wings and hot dog! Among other things that were ordered was the salmon salad and the grilled cheese. We also had some drinks, and the entire party seemed to enjoy their cocktails. My Bloody Mary was a tad on the tomato side and needed some more seasoning . Still good. My avocado toast was very good! Side note when getting the salad, ask for dressing on the side! The Mac and cheese delicious as always! I heard the grilled cheese was pretty good too. It came with fries! I have been coming to ink for years, and it's always one of my favorite places for bottomless mimosas!

Famous bottomless mimosas! What a fun atmosphere with the throwback tattoo art. This brunch spot is hopping on the weekends thanks to their bottomless mimosas and Bloody Mary bar. and their Mac n cheese is not to be missed. But the rest of the food menu is hit or miss. I've tried several times, but have never been impressed.
